Chloé Chua (Changeling) (she/her) is a Chinese-French Canadian multidisciplinary artist working and residing on the unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. Fusing her backgrounds in performing arts, textile arts, and storytelling, her work has taken many forms over the span of her career. As a bi-racial, queer, and neurodivergent artist, Chloé's work often explores themes of identity, diaspora, and belonging while challenging racial and colonial narratives. Inspired by nature, cultural tradition, and connection to the land, Chloé’s art remains deeply rooted in self-expression, advocacy, and education. She is a co-founder of Portal Studios Art Society, Program Coordinator for Social Circus Foundation, and Producer for Circollective Society for Circus Artists.
