Kimberly Ihekwoaba

Kimberly is a Nigerian-Canadian Multimedia Storyteller. Writing is a place that permits her to be soft, bold, and fearless. Her originality lies in portraying life from a contradictory point of view. She brings honest, transparent, and conspicuous sentiments to her works. Her works of art are on platforms such as plays/theatre productions, prose, film, interviews, skits and spoken word poetry. It is a platform to connect and become a storyteller in the lives of others. She has presented her works at art festivals like Black Arts Matters, DJD Multicultural Festival, Canada Day, and Ignite Festival. She has also performed her works for Handsome Alice Theatre and Casa Mexico.

Kimberly published the journal, 180 Days of Inspiration, Affirmation, and Gratitude. It is a journal that supports a structured writing practice with daily prompts, which supports confidence, self-awareness, self-discovery, mindset shifts, creativity, goal setting, gratitude, and compassion.
